What is Quick Assessment
Consultancy + Technology = Our method
The GDPR quick assessment of marketing workflows is how we’ve codified all our experience on the best way to secure marketing operations – without slowing them down. In fact, we often unblock activities that were paused or limited out of caution. That’s it. You can stop reading now and call us to get started. Or, if you’re curious to learn more, keep reading.
Here’s what happens with the quick assessment
- We design
We start with touchpoints—the direct interaction points between your company and customers, such as newsletters, loyalty cards, SMS, phone calls, websites, apps, e-commerce, and CRMs. We design and optimize information flows to ensure the effective and secure management of personal data. - We analyze and remedy
We analyze marketing workflows and touchpoints to identify vulnerabilities and issues. If we stop here, we call it a “quick assessment” Book yours now!
Then, we resolve the issues and mitigate the risks of non-compliance. This phase integrates with Trust Guardian, our technological solution for the centralized management of consents and proofs of genuineness. - We support you in case of disputes or inspections
We stand by your side, offering assistance and providing the necessary documentation to defend your company. - We stay ahead
Marketing moves fast (sometimes faster than compliance), which is why we’ve designed periodic Assessment & Remediation activities to ensure your marketing remains compliant over time.

- We map the data journey
We trace the journey of personal data, the Privacy Customer Journey, from collection to usage, and eventually to deletion or anonymization. Using a visual and narrative approach, we identify scenarios and map corresponding workflows, from touchpoints to the final systems like CRMs and other archives. This allows us to clearly define touchpoints, identify collected personal data, catalog purposes along with legal bases and data retention periods, and track consents and authorizations to processing. We also log critical information such as acknowledgment of historical privacy notices and proofs of genuineness. - This is where trust guardian comes in
In the second phase, we use Trust Guardian to centralize, archive, and historicize the information gathered during the first phase. This technology isn’t named by chance: like a trustworthy guardian, Trust Guardian safeguards everything entrusted to it. - We orchestrate everything
As a diligent guardian, Trust Guardian also monitors what happens, detects changes, and flags them. It handles updates to consents and privacy policies, communicates these changes to various business applications, and ensures all systems stay aligned. This phase is especially critical in environments where external systems cannot independently calculate expiration dates or risk falling out of sync with consent information. Proper orchestration minimizes the risk of disputes or GDPR fines.
Now you can breathe a sigh of relief—with us, your marketing is secure!
